It is on a short, dead end dirt road with only a scattering of other houses in the area. Its proximity to Wasque, a favorite ocean beach and fishing spot, makes it a popular location.

No cable. Owner has a Roku for tenants to sign into their own streaming accounts.

Updated beautiful home with beautiful views... new kitchen is a dream to work in.... walk to the bay/ocean... out of the Edgartown hub-bub, but close enough to enjoy the shopping, night life, and exploring the whole island.
