Amazing View and Lots of Charm

Our family couldn't be more pleased with a rental property than 30 Greenleaf Avenue. We were lucky enough to start renting this property 15 years ago and have looked forward to returning each summer since then. The owners are so kind and welcoming. They’ve really become extended members of our family. The house itself is a gem; comfy wrap-around porch that hosts family board game competitions as well as snacks in the afternoon and drinks in the evening. The kitchen is airy and the house is spacious enough to provide comfortable areas for quiet time, t.v. viewing (in two separate areas) and dining all at the same time. It’s incredibly close to a couple of the beaches and the enclosed yard, breathtaking vista and short walk to Circuit Avenue (for nightly ice cream cones and bear claws) has been a fan favorite of our family for years. When our children were younger, the nightly walks also included trips to the Flying Horses Carousel and arcade. Additionally, since we drive to the Vineyard, and have family/friends join us from time to time, the house provides plenty of private parking for multiple vehicles visiting the house.We love this house and can't think of anyplace else we would rather be or feel comfortable staying on the Island.
