Both houses comfortably accommodate a total of 14 people. 1750 feet of water frontage. Deep water mooring and out-haul just off the private sandy beach. 8 Kayaks & 2 sunfish, as well as a dinghy and a day sailor are available for use. Swimming/sunbathing platform on mooring just off the beach. Mosquito/tick free property due to green/eco friendly Cedar Oil spray used monthly or as needed. Paradise found!!!

Central air in Main house only.
Tenants need to travel over sand (beach) to get to the home. 4 Wheel drive or All wheel drive SUV recommended.
